Process

How do we operate?

1. Application

Everything starts with an application on our website or a registration at our location in Oosterhout or The Hague. Immediately after your application, we will process it.

2. Personal introduction

You will be invited for a personal interview. In this interview, we will get to know each other.

3. Explore and discuss options

Together, we look at your needs and the opportunities available to you. Once we have discussed this, we will match you with an employer that suits you.

4. Conversation with employer

Once we have found a good match, we will meet with your new employer. We will guide you to and during this interview, so you can be sure that everything will be arranged properly.
